About 2,700 of these 61,000 were deemed to have satisfied an “extraordinary circumstances” test and were permitted to participate in the original claim resolution processes despite missing the deadline.”

It’s no wonder Obama is leaping on this.
It’s a golden opportunity to sack whitey for more money.

actively preventing legitimate voters from participating in our Republic’s voting deserves far more than a mere firing from their jobs...IMHO Such acts are soooooo 1960s...

BINGO...my cousin farms in S.Georgia...he has his own land and also rents land from a black neighbor...this is common in that county because most black owned tracts are too small to justify buying the equipment to farm them...so the black neighbor landowner rents his land to my cousin; and works at the nearby Air Force base...does this mean that he gets the government payoff just because he owned land that was being farmed?....even though it was being farmed by somebody else?
I fully agree but realistically it’ll never happen. I believe the best outcome that is realistic is Holder will be forced to resign before the upcoming investigations in the new House or as a result of them.
I don’t know the answer but it seems to me that even though some black farmers were discriminated against as far as loans went the bulk of these people were not.
It also seems to me that tens of thousands who weren’t even connected to farming came forward after the first suit when they were told they could get a few bucks from it.
It looks like the bulk of them feel they’re entitled to reparations and this is a way to cash in.

...exactly!...and I’ll bet that any black that ever owned land will declare himself a ‘farmer’ who was discriminated aginst.
...and BTW my neighbor was a career USDA employee...he says that the farmers who got turned down were terrible credit risks...that’s why...same as people who got turned down for mortgages in the old days...bad credit = you get no loan.
I believe every word of that and suspected that was the case though had no first hand knowledge of it.
In my view that's exactly what makes this whole thing a huge scam from the beginning. In the original lawsuit they screamed racial discrimination when in reality they were terrible credit risks.
The thief (Obama) comes but for to steal, to kill and to destroy.
