You ever heard of the doctrine of unclean hands? You clean up your own act first if you expect YOUR abuse reports to even be read much less acted on. Other than that, get a life, turkey!

Jim, I've been making every effort to do exactly that and if you would review my own posts, I think you would see that. Ask ohioWfan or Lakeshark, two FReepers I used to cross swords with, but no more. I have been attempting to focus on the issues, not on the personalities. In a recent thread, I asked a one word question of poster Gargantua "details please" and got nothing but vitriol, invective and insults in return.

I might add that for whatever reason, it seems quite ok these days for some FReepers to start slinging homosexual slurs around at those they disagree with and when called on it, we get nothing but silence from the mods. I can't believe that you would condone such tactics from ANY poster.

Clean up my act? I've been doing it.

When does the Palin Rabid Response Team start cleaning up theirs?

Not sure what this is all about, but I'll vouch for your 'cleaning up your act' with me, mk. We've had a lasting truce and I for one am very pleased. We DO agree on far more than we disagree.

However, the aforementioned 'friend' of yours is lacking in character and in conservatism (an 'idiot troll' I believe is what JimRob correctly called him), as well as at least one or two more, and you might consider staying away from them. JMHO.

And just for the record, I think posting abuse is for chickens, and your friends' repeatedly accusing me of doing it funny, since I probably haven't posted abuse more than 5 times in all the years I've been around.

Hope you get this worked out. See you around??

RE :”Wow. That was one wild thread. Reminded me of a bar room brawl. Thanks for the heads up. BTW, I think the lib obsession with Sarah is important. She may not be the ideal conservative (in the platonic sense), but she does represent that combination of policy, personality, and presence that could completely unravel the Marxist psychological agenda, that could deconstruct their decades long project to engineer an iconic model of political leadership that naturally serves the left. She doesn’t need to be a genius or perfectly consistent to do this. She only needs to come from so far out of the mold that she creates an irresolvable dissonance with the imagination of the left. I am not sure I can even articulate exactly how she’s doing it, but she is, and I commend her for it.

Thanks for the polite and thoughtful answer repeated above.

First off I love the attack (Obama) dog role she has played making Obama’s life miserable, she is cute, witty, funny and gets the juices flowing when she calls him ‘Obama’. She has scored a few points getting the MSM to ask Obama administration to answer her charges. You know they hate having to do that. I saw McCain trying to repeat one of her lines “HELL NO!” and he was pathetic, but it was great when she said it. I love her immediate stance on AZ immigration law, before many others read the pollls and jumped in.

As far as president, I am skeptical of almost anyone willing to run (Jim DeMint already said NO WAY to 2012.) There is something that takes over presidents that is disturbing, part of it is the MSM prompting, legacy, re-election.. I also now have two tests :1) Did they oppose TARP1 ? Would they ever support another TARP? 2) are they against illegal amnesty? I mean really against it. I do not want a repeat of 2007-2008. Those are my generic thoughts.

Back to Sarah. I personally think she would have some challenges running for president. I wont repeat them here because you have probably heard them and I don't want to argue about it (tonight anyway :))

Given all that I will keep an open mind, I need to see who runs and what they say, and if they seem really sincere. I don't plan on being fooled again. (I knew McCain and Obama were both lying about everything, so they didnt fool me.) I honestly don't know what SPs intentions are for 2012, and neither does anyone else here, although many claim they do. But very soon it will be campaign time again. And all hell will break loose.
