Not until the Spanish Acadamy rules on the matter.Oh, so the Spanish Academy defines Latina as a "hoochy koochy girl"?
I think not.
If the Spanish Academy had their way, the terms Latino and Latinos would not be recognized as nouns. But in common everyday usage they are.

There you go ~ but you have to remember Spanish doesn't really work the way English does, so the Spanish Academy must always be considered, otherwise the lebenteengazillion Spanish language schools worldwide will NOT buy the school books that deviate from the standard.
Besides, I like that word ~ if you want to see hootchy cootchy you get what you ask for with LATINA every single time, and that's something you can't say about every "brand name".

Yeah, it was just Neekee’s word, with of course the lovely and elegant Gloria Allred by her side, but what I was trying to say is that the statements said sounded like the Meg we already know. It was no stretch to hear that Meg might talk that way to a long term maid.

You may think “hootchy cootchy” is a cute term
but you’re insulting a whole lot of Latinas.
Try saying that in California and I don’t think
you would get too many chuckles.

Yes, California where the latin women are illiterate in two languages.
Frankly, I don't particularly care what they think.

A good number in my family are “latin women” and far from illiterate.
They are also conservative.
Think what you will.

I’m glad for them. Literacy is a blessing from God.
