Yes, I'm yelling. It ticks me off that people will continue to use this wonderful site that Jim keeps going so that we can fight the evil democrats, and we can't take a minute to contribute something toward the upkeep. I wouldn't blame Jim if he just shut the whole thing down. Why should he have to be stressed out every quarter wondering if he's going to have enough to cover expenses. It's not good for his health. Jim, why don't you just open the site up for advertising? That should make everybody happy. You don't deserve this kind of treatment.

Thank you A.D. I’m really p....ed tonight. The fund raiser should not even have to take place. This site has almost 350.000 members. Just $1 from 90.000 of them would keep the lights on. There is no excuse for not being a monthly donor if you use this site to get the news or just to pass the time. Most everyone pays for a newspaper, or a favorite magazine, or dues for memberships in organizations. Why do they feel that they should have the use of FR for free? I would not take advantage of anyone that way.
Yeah, I belong to the NRA too, and have to pay membership fees. I’m not happy with the NRA because they are endorsing demos. If you don’t want to donate to FR, then go spend your time on some other site.
Then maybe you would be more comfortable someplace else because you just shot yourself in the foot here.

I’m embarrassed to say that I donated $5.00 but that is all that I can/cannot really afford after being out of work for over two years.
