Some pollsters and party officials say Democratic candidates in California are benefiting from a surge in enthusiasm among young voters eager to back Proposition 19, which would legalize marijuana in certain quantities and permit local governments to regulate and tax it. Tax it ??? Well, that ought to put the kibosh on 'enthusiasm' right there ... these 'young voters' have no clue what they're in for, they just want lots of dope to smoke (or think they do)
Then again, what does 'thinking' and smoking dope have to do with each other? Never mind, forget I asked ... I forgot already ... is there a candy bar around? I got the munchies ...... WHOH, forgot to take the wrapper off before biting into it ...
