RUSH: Oh. What tribe do you belong to? CALLER: Cherokee.

Right. One of the three hundred million or so people in this country who claim with a straight face to be "part Cherokee." Not Sioux, or Navajo, or Mandan, or any of the others, but just a good old Cherokee. And the bastard is down on the Mexicans, evidently not knowing that a very large percentage of them are of American Indian descent.

I listened to the whole call with Bob. I was hoping Rush would have just hung up on him. He was obviously drunk on the call and Rush probably knew it as well. He was an easy target and Rush said “these callers make me look good” or something along those lines.

I lived around the Sioux and Crow for many years and when they got on the fire water they sounded exactly like Bob.,,, My ancestors would ride to the top of the mountain and weep for the Indian nation because of the white man....blah, blah, all night long.

Rush got punk’d on this. He should have taken a call from a true Obama nut job, not a drunk Indian. This guy admitted that he didn’t even vote in the election.

I tuned into the Rush Limbaugh radio show and heard the caller and chuckled. There is no way of finding out whether he is indeed of Cherokee stock, even if distant. To me he sounded like a longshoreman from a hard drinking, hardworking port. Honest enough though. This is the kind of critic of Rush, I can deal with. Spit it out and support the First Amendment to the Constitution. This would include NOT telling Rush to "get his sorry ass" back to where his ancestry came from.

The new breakthrough of the Haplogroup, using DNA indicates the native American Indian came from up Siberia way 15,000 years ago. Nomads the whole lot of us. Though some say not the Africans who live there now.

Wow! a Mr Reitweisner (I hope he will not take offence) has the most comprensive family line on Rush Limbaugh. 1737 from Baden, Germany is the Limbach line, later Limbaugh. Then to America. This lineage then gives the Limbaugh stock, more American heritage than possibly 85 percent of Americans today. No cess to them of course.
