So glad we have the terrorists around to teach us tolerance. Maybe if they kill a few more thousand Americans we will surrender.

Holder described how Lee's novel illustrates that a system can "grind innocent people into the ground," something he said was important to remember in dealing with innocent Muslim citizens in the United States.

Rather poor word choice. As I recall, the World Trade Center victims were literally ground into the ground.

Exactly. Further, it’s his way of saying the violence was justified.

The Constitution is a contract Americans made with themselves. It does not apply to people who are not in this country lawfully. Muslims from another country are not entitled to appeal to the Constitution for rights. They have no stake here. They have to appeal to international law, the Geneva Convention or basic humanity.

As I recall Atticus Finch was defending Tom Robinson who was an American citizen. When he got push back from the white community, Finch never whined about how racist and evil everyone was. He just persevered in doing the right thing realizing it might cost him.

Our forefathers realized the conundrum they were placing on us. Citizens who engage in acts of terror are entitled to all the due process rights of the Constitution. However, they also included in the Constitution the definition of a crime called treason which bears the penalty of death. When a US citizen conspires with foreign interests to do the USA harm, it is treason.

But Holder says that we should treat terrorism the same as a false rape claim. A US citizen accused of terrorism should be tried by a jury of citizens. A foreigner who engages in terrorism should be eliminated by my government. He or she is an enemy of the state and they are not my peer.

Same here. You got to kill the rabid dogs without mercy.

Great minds think alike.

“innocent Muslim” is a contradiction in terms.

“Liver Eating Johnson” had a similar effect on Crow indians.

Why is this bigot Eric “nation of cowards” Holder going on teleprompter speaking engagements rather than sitting in his office doing the work of the people. Seems the only thing this guy does is spout bigotry, wring his hands over the Guatanamo prisoners and file critical reports about U.S. citizens to the U.N. What a joke Holder is.

I think America could absorb his death without much difficulty.
