go Andrew!!
he was magnificent
we need so much more of that
You are the man, Brietbart! A true inspiration! I pray he stays safe from harm, because I know where the true hate is, and they’d be more than willing to level harm.
Hmmm...The President being a community organizer...who’da thunk?!!
He's also been a chapter representative for the Illinois branch of the ACLU and served on the board of directors of Citizen Action of Illinois.
Andrew totally ate his lunch. Winkler and the union members were there to disrupt, not to dialog. When they knew they were beaten, they ran off with their tails between their legs.
Andrew gave a clinic on how to deal with these people. 1. Call them out 2. Confront them with the truth and 3. Make them explain their signs.
bump
Outstanding work, Andrew Breitbart. That is the true American spirit, something that the bused in left wing astroturfers lost connection to a long time ago, sadly.
The guy that gave his name gave it as Eugene Winkler. A social activist minister in the Chicago area where the rally was held . . . who died in April.

Excellent!
I didn’t spend any time vetting that though . . . so it could be a different Eugene Winkler.
Huh?
It looks like your assumpion is right on the money. The man who identified himself as Eugene Winkler is a retired pastor of a Chicago church. Check the photo out - This is definately the same man.
I also found documentation that he is tied in with the ACLU and was a plantiff against the Boy Scouts in a lawsuit to prevent them from holding their National Jamboree on a Virginia military base. He has also been a plantiff in other legal actions against the Boy Scouts.
By these accounts he is a died-in-the-wool hard core leftist so it is no surprise to see that he was a handler of the group that Breitbart encountered.
Pastor Eugene Winkler Biography
The Rev. Dr. Eugene Winkler has served since 1989 as Senior Pastor of the historic Chicago Temple First United Methodist Church. The Chicago Temple is the citys oldest congregation, organized in 1831, six years before the city was incorporated. Its one of North Americas great metropolitan congregations, and it draws its members from every corner of the city and 80 suburbs. Dr. Winkler is a prolific reader and writer. He's traveled extensively, with sabbatical studies in places like Israel, France, Poland, and Czechoslovakia. Hes been a seminary faculty member and a frequent lecturer to pastors, and is a proud father of three and grandfather of six.
Pentagon told to quit supporting Scout fest
"They're a religious organization by their own description," said Rev. Eugene Winkler, a retired Methodist pastor from Chicago and the primary plaintiff in the case. Winkler has filed suit against other public organizations that support Scouting. Manning's ruling, issued June 22, is among his most significant victories."
ACLU TARGETS BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA IN CHICAGO
"CHICAGO -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois today filed suit in federal court challenging the City of Chicago's operation of scout troops affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America.
The suit, Winkler v. City of Chicago, was filed on behalf of Eugene Winklerand Kevin Poloncarz. Winkler is a Methodist minister who objects to the City's endorsement of religion. Poloncarz is a gay agnostic who wished to volunteer as an adult leader in one of the City's scouting program. He objects to the exclusion of homosexuals from the City's scouting programs as well as the requirement that participants make a pledge that acknowledges God. "The City of Chicago should not be in the business of discriminating," said Roger Leishman, Director of the ACLU of Illinois Gay & Lesbian Rights Project. "Regardless of the policies chosen by the Boy Scouts, the City cannot adopt discriminatory policies in City programs." The City owns and operates over 25 Explorer Posts, Boy Scout Troops and Cub Packs. As a condition of receiving authority from the Boy Scouts to operate these programs, the City certifies that all adult volunteer leaders subscribe to the Boy Scouts' "Declaration of Religious Principle." Youth wishing to participate in city scouting programs must also sign a code that they believe in God and promise to be faithful to the Boy Scouts' religious duties. Members are also required to register with the Boy Scouts of America."
Yup. Probably was at Kent state.
Funny how the roulette wheel of life punishes some early and lets others go.
Damn good question-—I was wondering the same thing. Don’t TAXPAYERS pay for those school buses? Isn’t that a portion of what the “mill rate” covers for property tax payers????
If I were a lawyer, I’d check into this-—school buses shouldn’t be “used” to transport political protesters of EITHER side of the debate!!!!
Seems to me that lawyers would be sitting in clover with all the sh*t this administration is trying to do!!!! Where the hell are the lawyers who want to be rich?!?
I firmly believe that if you’re on the dole, with the exception of Socialist Security or unemployment (if you actually lost a real job) you should forfeit your right to vote until you are off government welfare.
US Flags too! It must pain them to have to suffer so for their cause.
Next time my mob wants to go for day out, I will call the school board and borrow a bus.
Look - If Michelle can live a life of daily hell being the First Lady of a country she has never been proud of then these slope-heads and leg-breakers will just have to do their part.
I mean, how tough is it to stand there holding a sign or a little flag someone hands you? Especially when you are getting paid union wages for the day, get free transportation and meals to boot?
