It is the States that form the Federal Government, not vice-versa.

Even State's rights can't superceed or legislate individual rights, specifically the right to existence.

Aborting a fetus is murder.... Abortion should only be legalized for rape, incest or the endangerment of the life of the mother... Abortion should not be used as a birth control method.

Well, if abortion is murder, how can it be permissable in any case? Why should the circumstances of how the woman became pregnant be a factor?

I understand the "life of the mother" argument, because that is simply self defense. But as far as rape or incest is concerned, the child is not responsible for how he was conceived, so how can his life be valued less?
