Sounds like it might be a good idea to require excerpting on everything from here on out. If I remember correctly, they are suing some sites merely for having a link on their website.

"If I remember correctly, they are suing some sites merely for having a link on their website." I don't think they can make a legal case on links. I hope they can't because if so then sites like Drudge and Free Republic are done for good.

Steve Gibson is a parasite who should be disbarred for unethical conduct dishonoring the lawyering profession.
Either that, or the bar should be eliminated. Recreate one where the CITIZENS decide who is and who is not permitted to practice law.
