Jo = Joe
What a breath of fresh air he would be
If he’s serious about playing this game, he may just lose his next election in 2012. Deciding to seek the presidency is not risk-free. Ask Bob Dornan.
Yes!
I think I’d rather see him be the AG
He was here in Indiana over the Labor Day weekend doing fund raising for the Republican Party.
At age 78, Joe is just getting into his prime years.
Run Joe Run!
Dornan lost to illegal alien voters.
But he would be a good Attorney General for President Palin.
Or head of DHS
If a gaggle of RINOs can run, might as well get a guy in there who has actually benefited the country.
The world has changed a lot since Dornan votes.
Some Americans are realizing the their country may be broke and could/will implode in less than a decade. The idiots just watch TV and the endless propaganda on every channel.
Nah, head of the FBI.. he’d be the second J. Edgar Hoover. He’d have the dirt on everyone on file; his personal file and use it for getting what he wanted for FBI in funds and control, keep the pols out of FBI business, and in line with the Constitution for the country.
Yes. Among other reasons. Neglecting the home district will get you thrown out as well.
Arpaio will lose a lot of his personal popularity if he’s seen as office-climbing. I sure as heck wouldn’t vote for him again.
Good grief, he’s 78!! He better start climbing before he needs a walker.
I have been hoping he would since 2006. Not sure if his health will stand it now, but I would support him.
From Wikipedia:
Arpaio was born in Springfield, Massachusetts to Italian-American[17] parents. Arpaio’s mother died while giving birth to him, and Arpaio was raised by his father, a grocery store owner. Arpaio completed high school and worked in his father’s business until age 18 when he enlisted in the United States Army.[18] Arpaio served in the Army from 1950 to 1954 in the Medical Detachment Division and was stationed in France for part of the time as a military policeman.[19]
Following his discharge in 1954, Arpaio moved to Washington, D.C. and became a police officer, moving in 1957 to Las Vegas, Nevada. He served as a police officer in Las Vegas for six months before being appointed as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, which later became part of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).[20] During his 25-year tenure with the DEA, he was stationed in Argentina, Turkey and Mexico, and advanced through the ranks to the position of head of the DEA’s Arizona branch.[21]
In 1992, Arpaio successfully campaigned for the office of Maricopa County Sheriff. The voters of Maricopa County re-elected him in 1996, 2000, 2004, and 2008.[22]
Arpaio married his bride Ava in 1958. Arpaio and his wife have two children and four grandchildren.[23] They currently reside in Fountain Hills, Arizona [24]
Joe would make an awesome president!
Everyone has a grip. His credentials are as good as Palins where it matters. And he has walked the walk a very long time.
