Having had a chance to read and reflect on this article, it’s starting to make sense why so many people are ‘abandoning’ Barry and his plans. A lot of people were temporarily swayed by his speech and believed that he was going to help them ‘advance’. Because, inherently, most Americans believe in America’s exceptionalism and want to advance. But it’s clear that Barry is determined to not advance America, but pull it down, and people are beginning to wake up to this reality.
You nailed it.
The same media that produced a full dossier on complete unknown Joe “the plumber” Wurzelbacher in 24 hours declined to do any investigation of Baraq in 24 months leading up to the election.
Will Baraq’s utter failure as POTUS make the public more skeptical of MSM/SCM?
Only if conservatives educate them.
Impeachment and deportation is required.
That quote is at the HEART of the author's analysis, and bears repeating, from How Obama Thinks (Page 3 oof 5):
"...It may seem incredible to suggest that the anticolonial ideology of Barack Obama Sr. is espoused by his son, the President of the United States. This is from the cover story in the printed edition dated 9/27/10:That is what I am saying.
From a very young age and through his formative years, Obama learned to see America as a force for global domination and destruction. He came to view America's military as an instrument of neocolonial occupation. He adopted his father's position that capitalism and free markets are code words for economic plunder.
Obama grew to perceive the rich as an oppressive class, a kind of neocolonial power within America. In his worldview, profits are a measure of how effectively you have ripped off the rest of society, and America's power in the world is a measure of how selfishly it consumes the globe's resources and how ruthlessly it bullies and dominates the rest of the planet.
For Obama, the solutions are simple.
He must work to wring the neocolonialism out of America and the West. And here is where our anticolonial understanding of Obama really takes off, because it provides a vital key to explaining not only his major policy actions but also the little details that no other theory can adequately account for..." -- Dinesh D'Souza

SRM saw what was under the covers and liked it. That's why they didn't report it. Katey Couric and Brian Williams know what they did. They were holding the gun.
Dinesh’s piece is brilliant, and he’s absolutely right. But it only goes part of the way. May I — in all humbleness — offer my own take which can be found in the talk I gave to the Heritage Foundation which can be found at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaE98w1KZ-c
Wow .... Imam Obama aint gonna like dis.
“Michele, pack the bags for Spain, we need a Vacation.”
Thanks for posting this article. EVERYONE: Read the whole thing; it is worth the time!
It truly underscores that 0bama is about 0bama. America, our well-being, our progress, the principles of our founding fathers, etc. etc. are the targets. And I mean active TARGETS. He wants to destroy our country, our economy and all of us who are not on the government dole. He wants to control all of the economy and through that control, all of us and is populating the Federal Government bureaucracy with people like himself to make that happen.
The author’s perspective of “colonialism” is an eye-opener. I am a well educated, well-read lawyer, and this viewpoint has NEVER occurred to me. And, it surely does explain an awful lot of the 0bama mystery. It also begs the question of how the information we all have access to is filtered by the MSM, educators, etc. ...hence the very election of this disaster was based on a painted, fake person. NO, 0bama is the biggest threat we’ve ever faced as a nation.
Wake up, people!!! Rush Limbaugh is right-—this is about our very survival as a nation and free, independent people!!!
“D’Souza’s right. Barack Senior’s Ghost is running the White House.”
There are ghosts...and there are evil spirits.
Thanks. When I came to that passage, it hit me like a ton of bricks. EVERYTHING about the POTUS and his seemingly bizarre actions since he took office (from bowing to kings and despots, apologizing for America, to the takeover of banks, auto companies, etc) made perfect sense when looked at from the perspective of the author.
I especially gave extra weight to the author’s personal experience in post colonial India. I really think all FReepers should be sending this to their friends and family, because the man in the White House is even more dangerous to our country than I have previously believed.
I will also say the talking heads on MSNBC will have their heads explode when this issue of FORBES hits the newstands. I may tune in to Keith Olberfurher a few times that week just to see him melt down. House and Senate Dems will also be dreading being asked about the article as well.
Yes that is an interesting observation. It makes me appreciate Ronald Reagan and his achievements even more. He had an imperfect dad as well. Many Americans have grown up without fathers, due to misfortune, abandonment and other causes, and have not parlayed that into traitorous behavior against this Republic. No way could Obama have been elected without the concerted effort of a myriad of forces, international and home grown, bent on destroying this country for their own particular purposes. His background made him the perfect candidate to front for the powers behind the teleprompter.
DSouza hits a home run..This article truly is EXTRAORDINARY.a very scary reality check for all of us.
Thanks for posting this.
PING to a must read!
Here's more, from How Obama Thinks (Page 2 of 5):
"...We don't have to speculate because the President tells us himself in his autobiography, Dreams from My Father.According to Obama, his dream is his father's dream.
Notice that his title is not Dreams of My Father but rather Dreams from My Father.
Obama isn't writing about his father's dreams; he is writing about the dreams he received from his father.
So who was Barack Obama Sr.?
He was a Luo tribesman who grew up in Kenya and studied at Harvard...
-- snip --
...But to his son, the elder Obama represented a great and noble cause, the cause of anticolonialism.
Obama Sr. grew up during Africa's struggle to be free of European rule, and he was one of the early generation of Africans chosen to study in America and then to shape his country's future.
I know a great deal about anticolonialism, because I am a native of Mumbai, India.
I am part of the first Indian generation to be born after my country's independence from the British. Anticolonialism was the rallying cry of Third World politics for much of the second half of the 20th century. To most Americans, however, anticolonialism is an unfamiliar idea, so let me explain it.
Anticolonialism is the doctrine that rich countries of the West got rich by invading, occupying and looting poor countries of Asia, Africa and South America..." -- Dinesh D'Souza
I forgot something else, something important.
The opposition candidate, McCain, was abominable. He couldn’t explain why he wanted to be President. He couldn’t explain why he was a better choice than Obama. In fact, he went out of his way to state that Obama was a good guy and would be a fine president.
He didn’t really want to be president. He would have been nearly as bad as Obama, in all probability.
So what my earlier explanation missed was this: you can’t beat something with nothing. McCain was nothing. He offered nothing except “I’m the Republican candidate, I don’t really think my party has anything better to offer, and the other guy would be a fine choice.”
Impeachment or resignation to follow in 2011.
Agreed. Although Americans seem to fall for the new face ("the outsider") far too often in politics. We set ourselves up as easy targets because we want to project our own beliefs and values onto the next blank slate. We conservatives are no better as we all wait breathlessly for our own Great Conservative Pumpkin to rise up from the pumpkin patch and lead us to victory.
When I came to that passage, it hit me like a ton of bricks.Me, too!
EVERYTHING about the POTUS and his seemingly bizarre actions since he took office (from bowing to kings and despots, apologizing for America, to the takeover of banks, auto companies, etc) made perfect sense when looked at from the perspective of the author.Exactly!
