He wants to hang this current economy on President Bush. But Obama has gotten every legislative piece he asked for, and he promised that his programs would “fix the mess.” They have only made things worse. So yeah Barry... it is a referendum on the economy. Almost all elections are.

If Zed *cared* about the legislature, I'd be worried about a needless military adventure. But I'm of the opinion he WANTS to lose congress, so he can blame and run against a "do nothing" GOP house/senate.
He's seized the auto industry, nationalized mortgage finance, set up health care rationing...his work is DONE...he doesn't need congress any more.
