I don’t understand what this means. To recognize a foreign state another either establishes an embassy and sends an ambassador and receives their ambassador or not. Is Abbas saying he wouldn’t do that or is this just a political con for the consumption of his own people?

Read your history. These bastards want genocide and have not changed their tune in about 100 years. Arabs are far worse than the Nazis. The League of Nations tried to negotiate peace and then the Bloody English issued The Balfour Declaration (1917) but broke their word. After WW II the Brits broke their agreements repeatedly in regard to Israel.

Israel was created by a very tight vote of the United Nations amid lying, back stabbing international politics, blatant intimidation and perfidious posturing by many countries including the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and England.

Israel has been at war basically since 1948. The Arabs lie about everything. Their Muslim faith requires them to lie, cheat, steal and break agreements. So be it.
