People in AZ have never impressed us politically. All four of their presidential candidates were soundly beaten, Goldwater, McPain, Babbitt, and Udall. All all four were bitter disappointments.

Please everyone - GET OFF the COUCH and pick up your phone. Get Juan “regularize them” McCain dumped tonight. Call your neighbors, friends and co workers, and get them to do the same. Call talk shows, be polite but short and clear messages. It is NOT too late - you can still do this in AZ. I swear he dumped the election to The Won in 08. Why reward this guy with another 6 years. He will be 85 by then. Use JD as a stepping stone to get rid of the RINO, open borders, Dem-lite McCain.

Remember the gang of 14, siding with Teddy the Swimmer, McCain Feingold bill, amnesty for all, “You have nothing to fear from an Obama presidency”. Oh yeah? Get ON IT, AZ. Get out the vote.

While McCain may be the Washington stalwart, Hayworth isn't exactly a political outsider, having been an Arizona Congressman from 1995-2007.

I say vote them all out D & R as all part of the problem...12 years is too long. New blood needed with all due respect to a war hero, McCain ..it's time to put these race horses out to pasture. No shame in retirement after lack of performance. 12 years is also too long, as well, for Mr. Hayworth.

I clarify I am not from Arizona, but I do know their immigration problems in particular did not just happen overnight. McCain and Hayworth were there and part of the ONGOING problem--all about politics and throwing way money on a campaign!

Too sorry, too late!

Arizona only has one true leader who listens & works for the her people and that is the courageous Governor, Jan Brewer. She, against all odds, did the right thing! Which was to recast the old thing, ignored for so long by the aforementioned leaders - to protect and provide security for this country.

Heyworth: "Cynical" McCain a "Political Shape-Shifter"

Next, Heyworth will reveal that Benedict XVI is a Catholic.

“Id vote for JD against McCain but he isnt all that he pretends to be.”

Obviously, I am in Texas, so I can’t vote in this primary; however, let’s put this into perspective!

Would we conservatives LOVE to elect only 100% conservative nominees - YES! But, you cannot get 50+% of the electorate to completely go 180 degrees! This is NOT going to happen. So, you make a right turn NOW - this is probably more of a 45 degree turn, not a 90 degree turn! Then at the next election, you make another right turn; again probably 45 degree, maybe a little more, but THAT is how you get to where you need to go!

Besides, what is a 100% conservative? A 100% conservative in Boston (Brown) is NOT the same thing as a 100% conservative in Alaska (Palin)! So, you have to take what you can get, when you can get it!

Every one, EVERYONE in Arizona KNOWS that McCain will become Mr. Maverick, Dem-butt-kissing RINO as soon as he wins, so ANY turn to the right (AWAY from McAmnesty) is better than NO turn!

Please God, guide the hands of Arizonans to select Hayworth - America CANNOT afford another six years of McCain!

I don’t think Scripture says “God helps those who help themselves, but if he did, AZ is on the losing end of the proposition once again. People there cannot understand simple politics.

Boy, that needs to be changed pronto!

I was just thinking about what a betrayer McCain is. McCain makes deals with the Democrats, when the Democrats want to pass a controversial bill they will go to McCain and the other rinos to give them cover. This way they can deceive the people into believing that it was a bipartisan bill thereby keeping the people confused and feeling that no matter what party they vote for it won't make a difference. It just struck me as to how cynical this is, how it cheats the voters out of a real choice. McCain is part of this cynical deal-making that really treats the people with contempt. These manipulations and deceptions steals our power, they are treating us as if we are the enemy that must be defeated at all cost. It really is them versus us. The more I think about it, the more it fills me with disgust.

Thank you. As I said to J Edgar, I wish it had gotten some traction in the state.

If Arizona only allowed Republicans to vote in the primaries it would bring the Republican party way over to the right, the vote wouldn’t be so watered down as it is now. If you want a watered down vote let everyone vote in the primaries. If you want a vote that more accurately reflects the Republian voters keep non-Republicans out of the primaries. Arizona should have addressed this long ago. We wouldn’t have had to put up with two-faced McCain for twenty years.
