I’m just going say that California politics is not the same as the rest of the country. I’ll leave it to the wisdom of the GOP candidates to know what they need to win in that state. Then just hope that they can somehow do enough good things to turn the economy and attitude to work toward a more centrist approach. To think that California would elect anything other then a RINO would be naive.

Thanks Mojave.
The party skipped over a resolution that would have stated the party’s support for SB 1070 and Proposition 187, a 1994 effort to cut public benefits to undocumented immigrants. But gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman has stated opposition to both SB 1070 and Proposition 187, and there was some concern last week that her stance would cause tension for the party.

Obviously the California GOP is not conservative. I am sure John McCain, the Bush Family, Lindsey Graham, and other Liberal RINOs are happy with this.....real conservatives are not

I’ll vote indie and let the DNC continue to have it then.

Will...not....vote...for...Whitman!

Does anyone have any doubts about the CA GOP? I've had some on here call me names because I dared to tell the truth that the CA GOP was backing the Whitman-type R's.

This state is sunk!

California has no GOP. They’ve been infiltrated.

This resolution was designed to sabotage Whitman and Fiorina.

The politics of spite are dismantling what is left of the GOP in California.

As much as I hate that child molesting queer Jerry Brown i’ll vote for him before i’ll vote for Meg!!!!

She’s nothing but a stupid bank account that Pete Wilson and Mitt Romney are using to run the State!

I’ll never vote for anything or person that those 2 are behind!

“The California Republican party did not endorse Arizona’s SB 1070 during its semiannual convention this weekend, despite a push for a vote of support by conservative activists in the state.”

No doubt this act of pandering will now cause 75% or more of Latinos to vote Republican in Mexifornia.

Another brilliant strategy by the Republicans.

The Party of Stupid.
