Some people from Brazil and also Argentina were visiting my area....good conversation and what was striking is all four stated there is more social freedoms in their countries than there is here in the US...though of course less poltical freedoms....and they felt consistantly guarded in what they could or not speak here.

The thing about this Political Correctness (PC) evil is that it has made a great deal of the population of Western civilizations (not just the US) afraid to speak their minds on issues even if there are not specific laws in place or being enforced. They are afraid that their "friends," neighbors, or family members will thick less of them for speaking in a non-PC manner. This creeping fear is silencing a lot of voices that know right from wrong and know how to call a spade a spade, but they dare not. This fear needs to be eliminated as soon as possible, the alternative is that Western civilization will be eliminated...
