About six weeks after this is implemented the state will begin enforcing all traffic laws and anything else caught by the system.
Move your car from your garage to the street to wash it without fastening your seat belt, and you'll find 150 bucks deducted from your bank account for the seat belt violation. Drive behind a pedestrian in a crosswalk without waiting for him to step up on the sidewalk on the other side, and it'll be 400 bucks gone.
Yeah, this'll solve the revenue problem

I am considering noncontroversial new legislation this week that would allow voters in districts that elected the idiotic legislators who vote to approve this legislation one free shot each with a hollow-point bullet, loaded into a handgun of their choice, into the head of said legislator.
I believe the passage of such legislation would improve the safety of the electorate with regard to future votes of their representatives.
