Are we discussing the same United States of America?
I like it.
Petition has no standing. The petition everyone needs to sign is when you pick up your ballot on 2 November and sail the dems out like a surp bucket lid.
The MSM would talk about a petition with 60 million signatures a lot longer than the results of any election.
Turn November rains into November reigns with a vote and we won’t need a petition.
The lamestream media is no longer germane. Those sheeple that listen to them are not germane.
How do you explain the election of the lying jug-eared Marxist then?
Simple, Whitey’s guilt, 99% black vote and just enough acorn vote fraud. That was then, this is now. A whole nuther
ballgame.

Yes.
The Judiciary has already shown what it thinks of even more ‘official’ expressions of “the will of the people” with its responses to AZ’s SB 1070 [IIRC the #] and CA’s proposition 8 [in CA’s case remember that it *has* been before their Supreme Court].
The Legislature has shown utter contempt for the people in multiple ways of late:
1) The boorish push-through-the-crowd scene, you remember the one with the gavel-picture... and the claims of [officials] being spit upon.
2) The arrogance shown when asked about the Constitutional authority for passing something.
3) The “we have to pass it to find out what’s in it” explanation... [Now from more than 1 public official!]
The Executive has shown that it cares little for the Constitution, the Law, or the People (witness the NBP/voter-intimidation case’s official treatment, ACORN’s treatment, rule-by-executive-order drilling-bans...)
My answers to the “what if...” question are PERFECTLY in-line with how the fe[de]ral government has been acting.
What if 100 million armed gun owners marched on Washington and took the government back? Sent all the commies packing back to South Africa, Russia, China, wherever.
