He’s Indonesian, and his amended birth cert showing he was adopted means he’s not Natural Born and not eligible.

Where's the long-form BC Mr. President?
If we uphold the constitution, we’ll never get to elect the son of Adolph,...... ....... ....... again.
Anyone who posts a phony birth certificate to throw the American public off, is a criminal. Anyone who spends millions to thwart the purpose of the Constitution should be impeached.
Interesting story, but nothing will ever come of it.
Unless...............

That’s one way to make all the problems go away.
this could have been cleared up a long time ago however,President Obama and his camp have decided to hide any and all info.hmmm.....
It’s simple. Obama should not be POTUS because he can not prove he was even born.
The Indonesian adoption is interesting and it proves Obama lied. You can not lose your US Citizenship if adopted as a child. The British Nationality Act of 1948 is everything we need to know to prove Obama is not and could never have been a Natural Born citizen.
I don’t trust FactCheck as far as I can throw anyone in the organization but on this they are right:
FactCheck.org: Does Barack Obama have Kenyan citizenship?
29 Aug 2008 ... As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. ...

British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.
This questions is for everyone.
I am going to use my own situation as an example.
My parents were born in the Netherlands. They immigrated to the US legally here back in the 1950’s. My brother and I were both born in Michigan. My mother has now become a naturalized US Citizen.
What is everyone’s opinion about my eligibility of becoming US President? I my opinion, since I was born in the US, over the age 35 and lived the requisite number of years in the US, I am eligible.
If you think that I am ineligible, that means no one is eligible to become US President, since we almost all our ancestors comes from immigrants at one time or another.
Nice try! You are and have always been a US Citizen but both parents must be US Citizens at the time of your birth for you to be a Natural Born Citizen.
Not sure, I read recently that the purpose of the Natural Born citizenship was meant to ensure that freed slaves were guaranteed citizenship and had nothing to do with England.
I didnt explain that right, but it was in Ann Coulter’s most recent column
Just think about the amount of people that would have to be involved. Think about the crimes committed.
Fraud, forgery, perjury, criminal conspiracy to name a few.
Each and every government document filed potentially carries a charge against this impostor and or his minions.
The media providing cover. Complicit propaganda machine against the American citizen.
Y'all, if this is all true, we have a much much bigger problem than just Barry being a usurper in the WH.
The ramifications go well beyond this lil puppet show, it is a direct attack on the constitution.
What are the motives? My guess is an attempt to marginalize our founding documents to instill a progressive rewrite of our nations history, culture and precepts.
Culture war? You bet.
I once heard it referred to as a “Civil, civil war.”
I call it a powder keg waiting for a spark. The tree of liberty is thirsty folks.
Pray for our country.

The NBC clause of the Constitution was written long before the Civil War. It has nothing to do with freed slaves. As has been pointed out many times, its primary purpose was to ensure that the CinC had no “divided loyalties”.
Ping
Close.
The 14th Amendment dealt with citizenship, not natural born citizenship.
