Brett Hollander, whose family owns the distributor, denied any racial bias. And a union official said Thornton had not filed a complaint of racism with the union or any government agency.
There was no racial harassment, he was a thief who got caught.

OK, I didn’t read the whole article, but has there been any independent assertion to the racism charge.
Seems there is no direct charge from murderer, only third party assertions of survivors without the benefit of murderers income.
