Poor Shirley. She didnt get invited on any of the Sunday talk shows so she decided to file a frivolous lawsuit to get more attention. If she finds a lawyer that will even touch her case, Breitbart will wipe the floor with her.

Sherrod faulted the administration for caving in to right-wing commentators and their audiences. "They are allowing them [conservatives] to help them decide how to govern," she said. So, she thinks conservatives shouldn't have a voice in how we are governed. Interesting.
