Your basic “baby splitter” decision. NOT invalidated are the sections prohibiting sanctuary cities, picking up day laborers along roadways, and harboring or transporting illegal aliens.

Those who are celebrating aren’t going to like what they discover when they sober up.

Requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked.

Well Boo F*&%$in Hoo. Exactly what part of illegal do you not understand judge?

The Founders never dreamed we serfs would allow the Executive and Judicial branches of the federal government to conspire to take away our liberty.

Actually, the founders feared just that. Remember Franklin's "a Republic, if you can keep it?"

*Governor Brewer, start enforcing your laws and tell the judge to stuff her ruling where the sun never shines.*

Absolutely! She should ignore this directive from this Judge, and go ahead with her Law regarding illegals.
The president himself, is breaking the country’s law, by not obeying the Constitution of the United States.

This is rich. Page 35:

The Court by no means disregards Arizona’s interests in controlling illegal immigration...

And then she proceeds to do just that. Unbelievable.

I remind you people - under laws that existed under the Reich at the time (most passed before his ascension), everything Hitler did was legal. All of it!

This is why any and all laws passed must be placed under even harsher scrutiny than they would place us under. Beware the lawyers' vision of what they think the world should be like. It's a lot different than yours or mine.

CA....
