Thank you for enunciating the topic of the lesson, but I was addressing its details. If the author just said what you did, there would be no article. What he said on the way to he his main point is an expression, elaborate enough not to be accidental, of class envy. I have gone through the trouble of reproducing specific quotes to which I then replied; sorry you missed all of those.

You happen to confirm my last remark. Your eye did not pick any cause for alarm, because "going off" on the rich (who are all jerks, according to the author) is so normal. D--n the "fat cats," bankers, CEO crooks.
