I hope the Colonel will testify at Frank’s courts-martial also, maybe he or Frank’s lawyer can get in the UCI but I doubt it.
I read yesterday that his CM begins Sept. 13, 2010.
My prayers are with Frank and his family.

Yes, I know about the hearing. I was referring to LtCol Chessani possibly getting a few words in about it before the jury panel if he should testify but I doubt that would be allowed.
