That would be nice. I actually went back and read the party platforms for 2000, 2004 and 2008. I wish some of the party leaders had.

I’ll believe it when I see it.

I would run down the street naked if Babs Boxer got bounced.
LOL!!! Well, it being California, you could get away with that; I guess.

“Don’t worry libs: Snowe, Collins and Brown will be there to help defeat any nasty cuts/repeals of the Obama agenda.”

McCain, Lugar, Graham, Hatch are also available to compromise when needed.

Without Leadership and a plan with the house, it will be worthless.

My fantasy would be for the GOP leadership in the House to refuse to pass any pork. After a few months the girlie men in the Senate would be crawling around on the floor, babbling incoherently and weeping. I can see then now - their hair pieces askew, silk ties out of kilter, staffers desperately trying to come between them and the cameras.

Sorry, I got carried away for a moment.

I posted this a few day ago and I think it tells an important tale.

In Washington since:

Alexander - 2002
Barrasso - 2007
Bennett - 1992
Bond - 1986
Brown 2010
Brownback - 1994
Bunning - 1987
Burr - 1995
Chambliss - 1995
Coburn - 1995
Cochran - 1973
Collins - 1997
Corker - 2007
Cornyn - 2002
Crapo - 1993
DeMint - 1999
Ensign - 1995
Enzi - 1996
Graham - 1995
Grassley - 1974
Gregg - 1993
Hatch - 1977
Hutchinson - 1993
Inhofe - 1987
Isakson - 1999
Johanns - 2009
Kyl - 1987
Lemeiux - 2009
Lugar - 1977
McCain - 1983
McConnell - 1984
Murkowski - 2004
Risch - 2009
Roberts - 1981
Sessions - 1997
Shelby - 1978
Snowe - 1979
Thune - 1996
Vitter - 1999
Voinovich - 1996
Wicker - 1995

Remember, most of them were on the public payroll for years, if not decades, before getting to Washington. 29 of them have been in Washington more than 12 years, which is the point where the odds of any common sense remaining becomes mathmatically impossible.

I can imagine a rather aggressive takeover of the Senate where the new Senate Majority Leader would simply seize and lock up 10 Democrats and assorted RINOs for warcrimes. Then vote all sorts of things ~ it could be done ~ they wouldn’t like it, but then we could get to work on a permanent fix.

When TV and the lib news media are totally against the RNC it makes it a lot harder. Thank the sheeple who pay for cable and sat TV. You know the morons who watch NFL, NCAA, NBA, MBL, ESPN who fawn over Obama.

TV controls America and is 110% behind the saudi agent.

...it would only be 51-49

..and if it comes out 50-50 with Biden as the tie-breaker I'm sure that the Democrats will agree to a power-sharing agreement just like the GOP did when it was 50-50 under Bush/Cheney.

All Republicans have to do to win is:

1) Promote Reagan Conservative principles

2) Present FACTS (something they haven't figured out yet) in graphical form such as deficit & unemployment figures under Bush vs. Obama.

From their respective web sites:

Now in his fifth term, Congressman Kirk is a member of the powerful House Appropriations Committee and is co-chairman of the moderate GOP Tuesday Group and the bipartisan House US-China Working Group.

In Congress, Mike is known for his common-sense approach of legislating and believing that building bridges is the best path to developing pragmatic, bipartisan solutions. [snip] In Congress, Mike Castle has been a key player in Welfare reform, the Balanced Budget Act, the Crime Bill, No Child Left Behind, vocational education, Campaign Finance Reform, medical research and national security.

Yep, looks like a couple of weiners.

No. My statement was so silly that I didn't think that a sarcasm tag was necessary.

Nice dream, but I already have a problem with the power the Senate has seized. I'm not sure I want them sending people to jail, even their own members (most of whom deserve it).

Control of Senate & Control of House:
Then repeal all Comrade O’s legislation.

While were at it:
Eliminate: EPA, Education, Energy, HHS, Interior, Commerce, NEA, USDA, ACF, AoA, AHRQ, AMTRAK, COPS, HUD, DOT, DOL, EEOC, FEMA, FCIC, FTC, NIH, OSHA, ONDCP, RFA, RFE, RL, VOA

Combine: FBI, NSA, DEA, DHS, CID, NCIS, CGIS, ATF, ICE, Secret Service, Marshal Service

Put NASA, CIA and Coast Guard under the Joint Chiefs.

Then take a deep breath and replace the Income Tax with a sales tax.

I do agree with you on this — fan boys and girls seem always to be Obamabots in my experience lately.
