That alone should shut down out of state support in two years.

“we need a smart, attractive hardcore conservative in charge of the RNC”

Don’t we usually let the DNC pick our chairperson?

I think the RNC is on the way out. They need to be dismantled, and replaced. Too much corruption in there, too many namby pambies who’s only concern is not being called a “racist”.

The Republican party was infiltrated by libs, and they continue to call the shots for the RNC. The party is full of clinton types who stick their finger to the wind, and listen to what CNN thinks they should do, all the while ignoring their base.

All I can say is “Thank God for the Internet”. It is changing the way we do business in politics.

There’s a good chance he will get re-elected because he’s a moderate - he has always said he’s an independent thinker - a lot of dems love him here and this is a totally dem state - I don’t agree with all his votes but I still say he’s better than coakley - anyone who knows coakley knows what I’m talking about!

Unfortunately it is true, they will say ANYTHING to get elected. Then once in office they ignore the platform that they ran on and constituents that voted for them based on that platform. Disgusting, but they are politicians, so we can expect little else.

FYI, Brown has not helped the GOP maintain a filibuster on any issue. Everything the Rats want to pass they get passed with the help of these NE RINOs.

If Brown's constituents wanted him to vote with the Democrats all the time then they would have voted for Coakley.

Scott Brown is a Republican from MASSACHUSETTS people, not from Alabama. Let’s try to be realistic about how these things work. He has to be reelected....or would you like a liberal Democrat back in there as soon as Brown’s shortened term is up? Grow up already.

How many of these do we have?

Well, 50 in one house, many more in the other....and then there are all the other branches, etc., etc.

Scott Brown just voted to pass a monstrosity of a bill; but that's O.K. since he's a "Republican" from Massachusetts.

If the people from Massachusetts wanted someone to always vote with the Rats then it would be Senator Coakley.

It would be different if there was even one thing that Brown has helped the GOP beat back on this Socialist takeover.

I would rather have a liberal like kennedy than a rino. That way when you go to vote there us no “ guess work” on who supports you or who stabs you in the back.

If you go to war you want to know your REAL strength and have the enemy in front of you instead of worrying about being stabbed in the back. I have stated and will repeat that conservatism is rare and regional. There are only shades of liberals from the northeast.

Oh. the old “Lesser of Two Evils” excuse.....

You are still missing the point! America is no longer able to survive ANY legislation that hands complete government control of the private enterprise system, over to the Bureaucrats.

This 2500 page monstrosity avoids and protects all the REAL reasons for the financial meltdown and places ultimate power and control into the hands of a few Cronie Politicians like Dodd and Frank, who will now be making most all the regulations they see fit, from behind closed doors in the dead of night. The result will be bribes, payoffs and Cronie Capitalism the likes of which has never before been seen.

The inside corruption this bill has/will foster will set all the records. Of course, it will fortify the political strength and power of the Democrats and RINO’s like Brown, Collins and Snowe.
