Was checking John Wayne’s education and found this quote:

“I have found a certain type calls himself a Liberal...Now I always thought I was a Liberal. I came up terribly surprised one time when I found out that I was a Right-Wing Conservative Extremist, when I listened to everybody’s point of view that I ever met, and then decided how I should feel. But this so-called new Liberal group...they never listen to your point of view...”

As to the bored employee, criminal charges seem a bit steep for curiosity without intent to commit a crime.

>"Treimer insisted that looking up Barack Obama's student loan records was what triggered his prosecution."

They have to incarcerate or worse, anyone daring to find out anything, about whom the wan "really" is.

wouldn’t it be funny if those ppl were actually democrats. Just simple human curiosity will make you take a peak. They’re making a mistake to assume they must be republicans out to damage obama. Since nothing they gathered were actually leaked out to anybody

Well Phommivong was prying into State Secrets and, besides, he is one of those hated Asians who are keeping other minority students out of the Universities by being unfairly more studious than they.

HOLDER doesn’t care about Justice and his “Justice Department” is actually the OBAMA COVERING Department....
No more Justice Department!

Lawyers in USA and the true conservatives should speak out clear and loud( let alone the GOP Rep).... against the hijacking of the Justice Department

"Phommivong has already lost his job," Treimer said. "I expect his sentence will be probation only, involving no jail time and no fine

If Reason prevails; but if not; then this case should be made 'case celeb', so to speak.

As WND has reported, several of Obama's records from his college years remain off-limits to the public, including his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles and his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago.

What left to say; to think. . .to do?

“There was no criminal intent on the part of my client,” Treimer insists. “He was just bored and to pass the time he used the National Student Loan Data System to look up the student-loan records of celebrities.”

You took his money and pled him guilty.

Boar’s teat useless thief of a shyster.

Stregth in numbers. . .but oh, the intimidation going on here.

Not to mention what this Justice Dept/Holder are communicating to the 'Panther Army' et al; as we head into Elections. The NAACP getting right in there with their racist exhortations to add some fuel. . .as the saying goes.

Hope the MSM appreciates their own efforts as enablers of it all.

Well, FWIW, a physician in LA was sent to prison for satisfying his boredom by looking up celebrity medical information (no disclosures, mind you, just looking).

This cr%^ needs to come to an end...if we have to walk into downtown DC and drag a few out by the seat of their pants. This is NOT how a free people conduct themselves.

The “justice” system will target minorities, even ones who fled wars, if they are not black nor hispanic.

They go after this guy, but drop the case of vote intimidation by the BP.

I think we need to rename the USA’s “justice” system.

I don’t “get it”. Credit bureaus, banks, insurance companies, potential employers, investigative journalists, and the government look up student loan records all the time. Are they all facing jail time?

Or, is it only people trying to access information about the President who are in jeopardy?

This president has such contempt for the people.

We the people are entitled to every document that documents his birth.

Without that documentation we have no choice but to show the same contempt for him. He can go F himself.

Treimer represents John Phommivong, a 29-year-old who is the son of parents who fled Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War.

Well, no wonder Eric "The Red" Holder went after him. Phommivong is a minority, but the wrong 'kind' of minority. His family is obviously anti-communist and therefor an enemy of the state
