RE: A just process to legal status for specified illegal immigrants
What on earth is SPECIFIED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ? How do they differ from other illegals ?
To: SeekAndFind
All of these religions getting involved in politics should be rewarded with hefty tax bills.

1) The national borders first securedThey got the first one right.

You want to tell Charles Whitfield that?
To: SeekAndFind
Rewarding illegals for breaking the law only encourages millions more to flood in, in anticipation of the next amnesty. It also punishes those who have applied for legal immigration.
These Leftists have an agenda they are pushing and it is not just a few millions of new immigrants, it is tens or hundreds of millions. This in spite of the fact that our weakened economy cannot provide jobs for those already here.

Would it be OK if these Pastors came together collectively and spoke as American Citizens who happen to be Pastors ?

Such mind boggling arrogance ~ your typical illegal alien DOES NOT WANT to be a productive, happy, healthy, law-abiding citizen of this country. Their criminal class doesn't even want to achieve that status "back home".
It is up to the populations of their countries of origin to deal with these people ~

Study the US History of our Founders and then you will know who Charles Whitfield was.

Either way they should be paying their fair share.

Aren't the salaries of Pastors taxable ?
To: SeekAndFind
Did the pastors start to babble about “social justice” as well?

I don't even, believe you said that. So, because a person has a "spiritual" side and an opinion, they should be punished for speaking out? We're not a Communist nation YET. Are you on Barack Obama's Campaign Committee?

The article states that they mentioned : “Justice and Compassion”. No word about “Social Justice”.

I’ve never heard any of the protesters ask to become American citizens. They just want to stay here for the free stuff.

Of course Pastors' salaries are taxable. All Pastors pay Income Tax and every other tax every other American pays.
I've gotta leave this thread; some of you are getting on my nerves.

I asked the question regarding a Pastor’ salary being taxable in response to someone demanding that they pay their fair share of taxes ( See Post #12 above ).
Since the answer to the question is YES, then the demand made in Post #12 is moot and irrelevant.
