Have you noticed all of these turd world countries we are supposed to admire, have turd management problems?

Really. in Dubai, that bastion of modernity, has piping from toilets and other household plumbing dumping into pits, where imported [slave] labor, backs up, fills up, then hauls it to a desert treatment plant. Only problem is its far away, they are paid by the load, and the line at the gate is often very long. So the drivers often dump it where they can.

Which is why the beach near the yacht club smelled like...well...turds. They finally closed this section of the beach. Don’t think they were de-turding, but waiting for nature to de-turd.

You can’t make this stuff up. So rather than PAY for the engineering and construction of submerged pipelines to carry sewage water to a treatment plant, they have in place a method little different than medieval night soil collection men.

I was raised in Mobile, Al. I have waded in and around the fragile wetlands around the Bay, Gulf Shores the Florida Panhandle, Biloxi, Grand Isle.

Then you should know that nearly 10 month of 30,000 BPD of the Ixtoc 1 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 1979 didn't produce near the level of the damage you claim this spill is going to do.
