And when it comes to salary, we find that white males tend to overestimate the salary that they deserve while those other groups have a better grasp on what their actual skill sets are worth in the market place.

Not bigoted, but simply something I have observed over the years when reviewing resumés.

I find that while South and East Asian applicants list their college GPA and the honors they received in college on their resumés, white males tent to list the name of their fraternity of their resumés.

With that being the case, and the tendency for white male applicants to expect a higher salary, we favor the applicant that received high academic honors over the applicant who got high at fraternity parties.
