Bingo we have a winner. That’s his goal actually , to have a MAJORITY of people beholding to the government ( welfare , Mexicans etc.) no one votes themselves out of a free ride.
The only problem with that would be the people who design the tests would make sure you and I never get to vote...
Was just at a function over weekend where many gays were attending as well and I was stunned when the subject of Obama came up. These "guys" went off on him and one even used the "N" word. I was SHOCKED!!! These fellas voted for him to boot.

They had Obama signs in their yard and have always supported Democrats.
They just had a big property tax increase (to pay for teacher’s pension funds.)

It’s amazing how the recession that began in March 2001, two months after Bush was sworn in, was never pegged to the Clinton Administration. From the get-go, it was Bush’s fault.
Yet, now that Bush has been out of office for 1.5 years, the current recession is somehow STILL his fault.

If they have upscale income their percentage increase will be rather small. It is the people in the lowest bracket who will see the largest percentage increase, like fifty percent.
That is because the people in the lowest tax brackets got the big percentage cuts even though the media tried to say it was a tax cut for the rich. When these people realize what George Bush did for them that Obama is undoing they will scream bloody murder.
What is really amazing is that when Bill Clinton was first elected after claiming that the first Bush presidency had produced the worst economy if fifty years the press started reporting immediately after the election that the economy was improving. They actually started giving Clinton credit for the beginning of a recovery before he even took office. I don’t think they ever gave GHW Bush one ounce of credit for anything. Had the economy been going down of course it would have been “Bush’s fault” all the way through the first Clinton term.
Votes should be proportioned according to how much tax an individual pays. Currently, folks who pay no tax are being allowed to determine how tax money is spent. We have allowed the monkeys to run the zoo.
