"...The statement is meant to shut down debate."

He is trying to trash Senator Kyl for telling about his "refusal" to do anything about our borders until his demands are met....while throwing our sovereignty out the window.....ONCE AGAIN FREEPERS.....NOT PROTECTING OUR BORDERS IS AN IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE....PLEASE DON'T DROP THE BALL....LET YOUR ELECTED KNOW YOU DEMAND OBAMA EITHER SEAL THE BORDER OR STEP ASIDE AND LET OTHER DO IT FOR HIM.

Yah right, Obeyme... The Great Wall of China is 3,800 miles long and was built in the 5th century. We can't do that here, huh? ________________ Great Wall of China From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Changes must be reviewed before being displayed on this page.(+) This is the latest accepted revision, accepted on 28 June 2010. The Great Wall of China (simplified Chinese: 长城; traditional Chinese: 長城; pinyin: Chángchéng; literally "long fortress" or simplified Chinese: 万里长城; traditional Chinese: 萬里長城; pinyin: Wànlǐ Chángchéng; literally "The long wall of 10,000 Li (里)"[1]) is a series of stone and earthen fortifications in northern China, built originally to protect the northern borders of the Chinese Empire against intrusions by various nomadic groups such as the Xiongnu from the north and rebuilt and maintained between the 5th century BC and the 16th century. Since the 5th century BC, several walls have been built that were referred to as the Great Wall. One of the most famous is the wall built between 220–206 BC by the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Little of that wall remains; the majority of the existing wall was built during the Ming Dynasty. The Great Wall stretches from Shanhaiguan in the east to Lop Nur in the west, along an arc that roughly delineates the southern edge of Inner Mongolia. The most comprehensive archaeological survey, using advanced technologies, has recently concluded that the entire Great Wall, with all of its branches, stretches for 8,851.8 km (5,500.3 mi). This is made up of 6,259.6 km (3,889.5 mi) of sections of actual wall, 359.7 km (223.5 mi) of trenches and 2,232.5 km (1,387.2 mi) of natural defensive barriers such as hills and rivers

He’s going with Bartleby’s line, “I would prefer not”.

“They laughed. They aren’t laughing now.”

I started telling people BEFORE the election that Obummer only wanted the office so that he could destroy what is left of America. That usually got me a look reserved for someone who is considered to have gone off the deep end. The same comment now gets the following reply, “He’s doin’ it”.

It’s very frustrating to think how many people can see it now but couldn’t see what should have been so obvious before the disastrous election. I saw it with no problem and frankly I DON’T think I have some super special intelligence or gift. I think a lot of people are just willfully ignorant, they don’t have the guts to open their eyes and look at what is staring them in the face.

“2. drugs (2 prong attack, one physical to remove drugs coming in, and social engineering to discourage use)”

I’d like to see much less prescription “designer drug” use and abuse in this country. It’s a cultural phenomenon.

I think it’s true that with practice and responsible use, marijuana does much less harm than legally prescribed anti-depressants and opiate-based pain medications. Opiates, however reformulated, are all gateway drugs that open the door to the most powerfully addictive substances out there.

It’s absolutely ridiculous for society to carry on as though the illegality of cannibis in all of it’s forms makes it a “dangerous” drug. The ignorance is astounding.

The level of acceptance of so many legally prescribed medications is also ridiculous. I scoff at the idea that just because your pain and anti-depression meds were developed by pharma professionals, prescribed, sold and used legally, they should be “deemed” safer than this versatile plant we call “pot”.

Much like developing a taste for scotch whiskey and it’s soothing effects on the brain, MJ can be enjoyed in moderation. Plus, it can be used as a sleep aid sans the subsequent dehydration that occurs between the time of it’s ingestion and the time your alarm clock goes off the morning after. Even if you get a little “too high”, you’re not going to be hungover and calling in late or sick to your boss.

Oh, look at me, I’m sparking one up in honor of the anniversary of our nation’s independence from a tyrannical monarchy. Come and get me, you dictatorial hypocrites! Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. And just because it may have scared you a little or made you feel paranoid the first time...well, maybe that’s a good indication that there’s some underlying psychological issue(s) and that as a direct result of trying pot, those issues can then begin to surface to where they can be identified and eventually dealt with. You’re not going to get that with opiates, anti-depressants or alcohol and yes, I’m speaking from experience. I have let it be a lesson to me and if it works for me, I think could work for anyone in their “right” mind.

Obama said the reality is, Republican support is needed to arrive at such a solution.
The whole subject is above his pay grade. Thanks yoe.
