Where’s the choo-choo connection in this story? If Alejandro "Pope Alexander" Serra of Framingham had rode the train, he wouldn't have led the police on a wild chase on the Massachusetts turnpike.
Plus, the free wifi would have placated his urges and soothed his erratic behavior.
