Think of it like looking through a paper towel roll to follow the bird, you lose track trying to find. By then your shot is gone.
You look at the bead subconsciously, but when you concentrate on it you lose the bird too and it’s in plain view.

What do you use for a CC holster with the CZ82? I'm looking at the Crossbreed Supertuck, but they only make one for the CZ83. The trigger guards are different, so I'm going to contact them and ask them.

Hey 50, I’ve been using a Supertuck for a while now. I don’t think I would ever use anything else. It is one awesome holster. Hope they can make one for you.
