One other thing, I just remembered

when Charles was a teenager, he was a "Free-Bleeder".

That would NOT have helped, in a situation where,
even if the emergency helicopter "Life Flight" was called immediately
it wouldn't arrive for at least one hour due to the distance were Charles was working ... from the location of the hospital.

According to Charles's mother, his ashes are suppose to arrive sometime today at the airport.
The National Guard of Mississippi has scheduled a "Missing Man Formation Flyover," at the time his remains are to be turned over to the family.
Due to the large number of people wanting to attend, the arrangements were moved to a larger Church, instead of the Church Charles had joined.

Someone told the family that Charles died almost instantly in the crash and didn't suffer.
But the family hasn't seen any photos of the crash, or read the medical report defining Charles's injuries and cause of death.

The family isn't sure that Charles's younger sister Angie, will be in attendance, because she's still in the hospital recovering from bowel surgery.
Charles's son notified his half-brother in Alabama, but the half-brother isn't sure if his mother can "take" the service, so they're not sure if they will attend.

I wish I had more to report ... but that's all for now.

Half this post and comments on this matter are incorrect. Williams side of the family are not his “family”. They ignored, mistreated him and disowned him. Out of four, he was the only one that made anything out of himself. He followed his dreams despite the lack of support from his so called “ family”. They were not kept in the loop because they were never a part of his life until after he was killed. Then they wanted a relationship with the great man that they had forsaken. William always tried to have that relationship, even when anyone else would have abandoned them as family he tried. Then they wonder why they are not included. William had only one son, Benjamin Scott. His son did not notify his “half-brother” because he had no half brother. Chuck was a great man. The company released the relevant details to his real family. Erickson has been great to his family. The vultures that are claiming to be his family will not have that closer. At his own sons memorial the father of William asked his grandson for belongings he claimed that William owed him. How low can you get? Before you start a huge blog on someone and their deceased loved one, perhaps you should think instead of buying into gossip.

Now if your panties are all twisted because of what is posted in this thread, settle back, pour some more coffee and “inform the readers” who you are, your relation to the deceased, what the correct facts are and what is false.

Everyone in this community knows about Ryan and his mother Claira, from Birmingham, and the infidelities that Charles committed.

To Everyone:

Benji, get in touch with Ryan and let him know that his grandmother, Charles's mother died yesterday between 7:03 pm (her last blood sugar level check) and 8:15 pm.

Her funeral will be tomorrow I think, but I don't know what time.

Buck, Charles's dad had gone to one of the grandkid's birthdays and couldn't get Sue, Charles's mother to go.
Sue hadn't been feeling well, and Buck couldn't get her to go to the Doctor's office.
Buck came home around 8:15 and found his wife in the recliner unresponsive.
The ambulance arrived around 8:40 with the fire department, and they worked trying to get Sue breathing again for over an hour.
But no luck. Buck kept saying "He tests us to the fullest, but not beyond our limits. Oh my!"
He told his daughters to handle the details, because "she was your mother".

There's not much else to say. The greater family came in from all over Alabama and Mississippi, and are here now.
