The degraded oil that you see on the water contains any benezene, because it goes off in the high ends.

“Have you seen this? Oil Spill truth....Its All Setup! [video]”

I was able to open one of the links below the video and it appears to have a partial transcript and some links.

http://shtf411.com/bp-illusion-of-a-false-spill-t7065.html

He references this link: http://theintelhub.com/2010/06/18/gulf-spill-disaster-or-a-well-organized-plan/

Have you seen this article from “Investigating Obama blog” posted? There is more to the money side of it than cap and trade. The article may explain the plans they have for the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf of Mexico Intended to be an Algae Farm? Startling indeed!

http://investigatingobama.blogspot.com/2010/06/gulf-of-mexico-intended-to-be-algae.html

Excerpt:
This administration and many other entities like BP, Citi, Nalco, GM, GE, Goldman Sachs, University of Chicago, holding companies along with Dept. of Defense, billionaires and politicians are all vested in biofuels.

What is going on in the Gulf is directly related to this new industry.

There is an algae these companies are interested in.

From the mouth of the Mississippi river, all along the Gulf coast and spreading down to the Everglades is prime area for growing this algae. Crist is aware of this. He’s funding it. There [are] a couple of other prime spots too. Chesapeake is one area and the Great Lakes is another. (Funny, we already had a Great Lakes Czar and a Chesapeake Czar. Now we have a Gulf Czar too!)

Here’s a link to the transcript
http://susiemadrak.com/?p=3577

The Gov’t, BP, NOAA, EPA are all in on the scheme similar to Crime, Inc. to make the Gulf of Mexico into a huge algae farm!!

Questions:
1. Who will be affected?
2. Is this related to Agenda 21 & depopulation?
3. Who will control the world’s food supply (article TN above)

Jindal needs to push ahead with the sand berms and ignore Obama’s orders.

In the Puget Sound region, bulk heads and sand berms were banned for the same reasons that Obama is using now. Then, a wealthy heiress of the Hewlett-Packard fortune bought a home, here and built a bulk head. They took her to court and she won. The feds cannot stop people from building bulkheads or sand berms to protect their property, according the courts. The problem is that I don’t know which court made the ruling.

And remember, it’s to punish the Great Unwashed for their Non-green Consumer Lifestyle.

Zero and the Elect can still have their Al Gore Megamansions, their Jet Date Nights, and their massive parties.

Just NOT the people who actually pay for it. . .

He isn’t prepared for the oil-spill-caused Zombie Apocalypse, which will render the beach towns uninhabitable.

His shotguns lack triggers. So he can’t skeet shoot zer0’s assmonkeys that are trying to whisk him away to Oz.

Epic Fail on his part.

While there is a possibility that the oil could cause problems - I doubt it would leave areas uninhabitable or create a massive disaster of its own. Reads a lot like tin foil is necessary.

By: Dr Stephen A Rinehart
Dr Stephen A Rinehart writes: Background: The following comments are based in part on my 45+ years experience in structural dynamics/mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and extensive design/project management experience including offshore oil platforms, oil pipelines, conventional/nuclear DOD weapons effects and combat weapons designs, and environmental fate and transport of chemical/oil plumes.
History: In 1983, I served as a Senior Program Mgr for Shell Oil Company for the design of Shell’s Eureka Offshore oil platform. This offshore oil platform is in 760 ft of water (13 miles out from San Pedro, Ca) and at the time it was the deepest offshore oil platform in the world. Twenty-seven years later we are drilling wells in 5000 feet to 9000 feet of water in the Gulf Mexico using semi-submersible drilling rigs where the wells are often greater than 15000 feet below the seabed. Over the past three years, about 26% of the entire oil leases in the Gulf of Mexico are in water depths in excess of 5000 ft. In part, Government regulations and environmental groups have forced the oil companies to go explore in deepwater versus drilling “pristine lands”. The potential damage issues to the environment/economic well-being of the population have probably increased by a factor of a 1000+ in the event of a major deepwater oil well blow-out.
Until the Deepwater Horizon accident, it was probably believed by the majority of Congress and the American public that deepwater oil drilling/production could be safely regulated by the Federal Government and performed satisfactorily by the Big Oil Majors. How little did the public know the real extent to which the entire safety of the Gulf coast has been compromised/destroyed by a major oil well blow-out in deepwater (>4500 ft).
Remarks: A sudden, high pressure “discharge” of 12000 psi fluid is not a spill, it is an explosion. A continuous discharge of high pressure oil and gas could be classified as a “volcano” if it continues for months without stopping it. If you hear someone calling it a “very, very modest spill” - most likely a Big Oil CEO or a lawyer with the EPA/OSHA.

Follow The Data, Forget Conspiracy Theory

1. In the weeks prior to the Deepwater Horizon catastrophe BP CEO Tony Hayward sold 1/3 of his BP shares, using the money to pay off his family mansion.
2. During those same few weeks Goldman Sachs shorted 44% of its BP holdings, while Wachovia and UBS sold 98% and 97% of their BP holdings.
3. CEO Tony Hayward made $4.5 million last year = $12,000 A DAY – even since the Deepwater explosion
4. Deepwater Horizon oil rig owner, Transocean, made a whopping $270 million off the explosion and oil leak.
5. Part of BP’s cost-benefit analysis for determining how well to build employee housing included a document comparing employees to the Three Little Pigs, ultimately determining that dead employees were worth more to the company than what the more expensive and safer housing would cost.
6. President Obama just appointed his THIRD Monsanto executive to a top Food/Ag position in US Government. If you want a better understanding of how Monsanto operates, rent the documentary Food, Inc.
7. Carl Casale, Director at Nalco (manufacturer of Corexit) is also EVP/CFO of Monsanto.
8. Rodney Chase, another Director at Nalco was previously Deputy Group Chief Executive at BP.
9. Despite much more efficient alternatives, BP defied EPA’s order to find a more suitable solution than Corexit.
10. While they could have been testing this better alternative, BP and USCG were ignoring it.
11. Scientific data points to the long-term ineffectiveness and damage to overall ecosystem from use of dispersants, demonstrating cases where nature fared far better when oil was left untreated by chemical dispersants.
12. Reams of data testify to the toxic nature of Corexit, including it’s hazardous impact on both wildlife and humans. And still clean up workers are not being provided masks or critical safety equipment for working around it. And The EPA has done no more than a mere suggestion that BP use alternative remedies. Google it. Too many links out there documenting this to list.
13. Corexit has NEVER been used in this quantity, at these depths. This is unprecedented – a giant science experiment we allow BP to conduct in our back yards.
14. This dispersant use may be a direct violation of federal law.
15. Last minute arguments after the rig exploded point to…. well, see for yourself.
16. Since 1990 BP and its employees have given $3.4 million to federal candidates. Their highest paid yet? Obama.
17. The MMS, the branch of government in place to oversee and regulate the oil industry actually considered themselves part of the oil industry. We now know that the MMS spent years accepting lavish gifts from the oil industry and doing drugs while on the taxpayer’s dime (all outlined in this Federal Report).
18. BP insists that CEO Tony Hayward has moved to improve its overall safety. If that’s so, let the record show it: Since 2007 BP has accounted for 97% of all serious safety violations in the industry (that’s compared with all other companies in the entire industry – COMBINED). Is that an improvement? I suppose it could actually be.
19. Whistleblower’s within BP were silenced, not only by BP, but by the DOJ, who shut down an important investigation and gave BP a “slap on the wrist” before firing the lead investigator who had reams of evidence into the criminal nature of BP’s operations. This article is truly a MUST READ. This is investigative journalism at its finest.
20. In 2009 BP was fined $87M for “life-threatening safety failings” where 439 “willful and egregious” safety violations had been found at one of its Texas refineries. The reason for the fine? Not the original safety failing – but rather for failing to make agreed upon safety upgrades to the Texas refinery after the explosion and fire that killed 15 people. Is this progress according to Hayward?
21. BP is now sitting on another ticking time bomb in the Gulf of Mexico. The BP oil rig Atlantis is sitting in 7,000 feet of water, and is in violation of a host of safety regulations. The BP contractor who originally raised concerns about these violations had his contract terminated shortly after he alerted management to the rig’s lack of crucial engineering documents in late 2008. Improvements on safety?
22. The Deepwater Horizon itself had a lengthy history of safety violations. But really, at this point, did you need to be told that?
23. Today is the 46th day since this tragedy began. The clean up efforts along the Gulf Coast remain a fragmented, uncoordinated mess. No branch of the military has been called in to oversee and coordinate coastal wide clean up efforts – a perfect job for the Army. Our military is equipped to orchestrate the take down and re-assembly of a foreign country, but when our shores need protecting our leaders do not call on them. This may be the most baffling, and disturbing, fact of all.

Tell that to the CDC.

AAP Information on the Oil Spill Affecting the Gulf Coast

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) encourages pediatricians, families, and communities to work together to ensure that children are protected from exposure to environmental and other hazards. The Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Units (PEHSU) are a source of medical information and advice on environmental conditions that influence children’s health. In addition, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is tracking potential health effects and offers resources specific to the 2010 Oil Spill.

Children Are Vulnerable
Oil is a complex mixture of chemicals and metals that can be toxic depending upon the amount and duration of exposure and the susceptibility of the exposed person. Children are especially vulnerable to the toxic effects of certain substances due to factors like higher respiratory and metabolic rates and systems that are still developing, like the nervous system. Because some agents are heavier than air, they accumulate close to the ground, right in the breathing zone of children. Some agents can also be absorbed through a child’s skin. Children are in a critical period of development when toxic exposures can have profound negative effects, and their exploratory behavior often places them in direct contact with materials that adults would avoid.

In the aftermath of an oil spill, particular attention should be paid to physical safety, water contamination, and exposure to substances or situations that could potentially harm children. This situation may become more complex if there are hurricanes/storms or floods.

http://www.aap.org/disasters/oil-spill.cfm

Inhalation Exposure: Inhalation of fresh crude oil could result in inhalation of associated volatile hydrocarbons. Symptoms including headache, dizziness, confusion, nausea, or vomiting, may occur from breathing vapors given off by crude oil. Inhalation of weathered crude oil is of less concern because of the loss of volatile hydrocarbons. Remove the patient to a clear area and provide supplemental oxygen if needed.

Training Marine Oil Spill Response Workers under
OSHA’s Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard

Hazards to Marine Oil Spill Responders

Marine oil spill responders face a variety of health and safety hazards, including fire and explosion, oxygen deficiency, exposure to carcinogens and other chemical hazards, heat and cold stress, and safety hazards associated with working around heavy equipment in a marine environment. A full discussion of these hazards is beyond the scope of this training booklet, but a brief list of hazards and their known health consequences is shown in Table 1. Your workers should be trained to anticipate and control exposure to the hazards associated with their assigned duties.

To determine acceptable levels of exposure and train your workers about them, consult OSHA’s exposure limits in Subparts G and Z. If OSHA does not regulate an exposure of concern, consult the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Recommended Exposure Limits (RELs) and Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health (IDLH) levels. If neither OSHA nor NIOSH has established a limit, consult the American Conference of Government Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) Threshold Limit Values (TLVs) and Biological Exposure Indices (BEIs) for chemical, physical, and biological agents. You may use a more protective limit than OSHA’s if one has been established and plan your controls accordingly. Material Safety Data Sheets from the product manufacturer may provide useful information for worker training.

feel free to do your own research. I have better things to do with my Saturday than to argue with BP apologist idiots.

Agent Orange was so safe AF crews were drenched in it loading into planes and never had any toxic effect. See the AF “Ranch Hand” study. Don’t let facts get in the way of a good hysterical liberal rant.
