What about the other parts of their beliefs? Should schools restrict their subjects, their lunch menus, etc?
absolutely not, the school provedes facilities for the students, it does not cater to individual whims or practices. That having been said, providing a generic “meditation time” fosters no religion or lack of religion over another.
