Illegal isn’t a race it’s a crime.

And what about his parents? Maybe he can stay, and they can go.

I guess if I robbed a bank, but I went to Harvard, it would be OK.

his hometown of San Antonio

No, his hometown is somewhere in May-hee-co. He's an illegal-alien activist, taking part in sit-ins, no less, so I don't believe him when he says he "lost" his Mex passport that he'd been using previously.

The whole thing is a set-up by the America-hating pinkos, with the apparent intent of challenging the requirement that aliens use real ID. The little twerp probably used his illegal status as an admissions selling point to get into Harvard on a "victim" scholarship. (Yes, some hard-working actual American lost a shot at Harvard so they could say they have an illegal student.)

Besides breaking the law against illegal entry, I'm guessing he also lied to immigration authorities when the interrogated him. He needs to get tossed out on his Commie butt. Then he won't be heard from again, which may break his heart, but the law is the law.

Eric Balderas, 19, who just completed his first year at Harvard, said he was detained Monday by immigration authorities when he tried to board a plane from his hometown of San Antonio to Boston using a consulate card from Mexico and his student ID.

Obviously his home town is NOT San Antonio. But that's Harvard. Last week or so they found they had admitted a psychopathic liar with a false-front academic history, and kept him for three years. Whaddya expect from a diploma mill that considers barack obama an honors graduate.

Let him transfer to the U. of Mehico.

Assuming they are willing to accept semester hours from Harvard.

He should go to prison if he received Federal Aid. That would be theft.

If he was going to New Mexico State School of Cosmetology, would he be more deserving of deportation? The law is the law, elitist pretensions notwithstanding.

Good. Tens of thousands of well qualified students work very hard to get the legal privilege of studying in the US. It would be an insult to them to allow illegals to skip that process.

In March, Balderas was one of hundreds of undocumented students to publicly announce his immigration status during a nationally organized “coming out” day for illegal immigrants.”

I wish the authorities would hunt down the hundreds of other brazen criminals who “came out.”

Son, here we have what we call laws. And we have found it is a very good idea to enforce them. Maybe in your home town (not San Antonio) they don’t do that so you assumed the same would be true in the USA. Well, I guess you were wrong. Good luck with your education back in Mexico.
