Ugh. What a piece of work. Even if she wins in November, we lose.

(Full disclosure: yes, I'm in IT. And I used to work with one of Fiorina's old college roomates, who is now a starry-eyed Fiorina butt remora. Yes, it was shuddersome working with this person while HP tanked.)

Well she is the candidate now and no matter what everyone thinks about Carly or her supporters/detractors, as an ex-Californian I think if Carly can knock Boxer out of her seat then I am all for it.

I didn’t follow her campaign tactics closely enough
to see if it burned bridges between her and Campbell and
DeVore. Or vice-versa, which is where the REAL issue is.
C. and DeV. probably knew at every point she’d take the nomination, but did THEY lambast her , in effect, as a RINO?
If so, it would make no sense for them to do a turnabout and
ask their voters to vote for her in November.
But, she, essentially RINO born and bred or not, can be
gently made to change by her own voters once she gets into
office. They just have to keep reminding her, if she needs
reminding, who put her in office, and what they expect from
her. Yes, she’s got some unfortunate allegiances, alliances,
and there are some unfortunate facts about HP and her tenure there: but has anyone really looked at the possibility that with a Republican majority, there SHOULD, FINALLY, and at LONG LAST, be NO NEED to ‘reach across the aisle’ to Dems? In so many ways they need to reach across the aisle to us, as they break off, bit by bit from Obama
and his agenda.

Time to drop the Chuck DeVore video ad, with that horrible picture of Fiorina wearing that horrible outfit?

DeVore came in a distant third, so we seem to have gotten the second most conservative candidate nominated.

There is no question to me that Palin’s endorsement did this.

She didn’t ‘win’ it, she bought it.

Who needs another billionaire globalist in the government? Certainly not the American citizen, nor our tattered and nearly dead US Constitution.

I watched her interview by Greta on Fox after her stunning victory in primaries. Greta asked Carly about her job performance at H-P. Carly replied "It is great that there are actual records of what transpired at H-P during her reign as CEO". Then Fiorina rattled off a whole bunch of progress made by H-P during her reign as CEO. That was an impressive bunch of statistics. She did concede that some people lost jobs but it was lean times and her job was to do what is best for H-P. Fiorina should make a commercial from that answer. This lady is 100 times more intelligent than Boxer. I hope CA is intelligent enough to see that and dump Boxer.

Fiorina’s so called H-P Debacle:

During Carly’s tenure at HP she doubled the company’s revenues,

improved profitability in every product category.

HP’s stock price outperformed the technology index of peer companies by 22 points during her tenure and

When she left the company the number of employees was greater than both HP and Compaq premerger.

It is good that in real business world there are ACTUAL record of facts.

A debacle indeed....but only in the minds of demorats, purists and other under-informed people.
