Sounds like Barry is boasting about his fingerpointing skills rather than advising the youngsters to take responsibilty. Barry is the king of blaming others while taking no action to fix the problem. His campaign rhetoric was mostly premised on the argument that all of the faults of the modern age were Bush’s fault. Even during the first year of his presidency he still kept at it. Barry is lost now that he can’t find a convenient argument to blame Bush for the oil spill.
Kalamazoo is not a heavily Muslim area. It's full of college students, faculty and assorted libs. Kazoo Central is my alma mater (many many years ago). The school won the "honor" of having him speak by competing in a contest against other high schools. There is a group of anonymous private benefactors in Kazoo who have promised to pay for state college tuition for youngsters who graduate high school ("Kalamazoo Promise"). If they are in Kazoo schools from K-12, they get a full ride. If it's of shorter duration, the benefit is scaled back. This encouragement of graduation and pursuit of college is one of the reasons Kazoo was selected.
