Yes, he is molesting them with his cameras, with his survieliance, with the fear his prescence instills. His predation is of the mental and psychological variety, and it is a form of violence. he’s raping them mentally.

Having spent a childhood being molested, I can assure you they are NOT the same. His actions may be scary, invasive, stalking but it’s not molestation.
