YES

In my opinion, when Obama talked about a civilian Army on par with the military Army, He was talking about Farrakhan and the Black Panthers. Obama is exposed and weakened now. He has only a residual amount of the power he had when he came into office. But yes, I believe that in his peak, he wanted or at least considered a Black American civilian Army to enforce his edicts.

Remember when he first came to office and so many Black people wanted to make it illegal to the point that you could be arrested, that is they wanted to make it against the law, to criticize the anointed one.

Fortunately, most of that Messiah Obama insanity is gone and over.
