Obama vows veto of any bill to fund 2d F-35 engine
“
Second comment...
Maybe Obama is bothered that the 2nd version engine will make the F-35
more deadly than the F-35 in the fourth “Die Hard” movie.
(yeah, saw it this afternoon on cable)
Anything that makes the USA safer...Obama and Co. MUST STOP!!!
Only defense spending will be cutk What about every other agency with a Cabinet post? Gates the only one with any leadership? Sure there’s places where defense can be trimmed..however, all those domestic agencies could use a bigger haircut about now.
And I’m as sick of the overrused term “vow” as I was over used term “Thwart” when it was in vogue. Don’t these media types have a thesaurus?????? cripes.
That’s the plan - expose this bastard as an enemy within the gates. He wants us to sacrifice our weapons so the invaders can have an easier time of it. Ask your local Carthagenian (oops, I’m sorry, they were wiped out by the Romans when they sacrificed their arms in an effort to get “peace”).
Click on pic for past Navair pings.
Post or FReepmail me if you wish to be enlisted in or discharged from the Navair Pinglist.
The only requirement for inclusion in the Navair Pinglist is an interest in Naval Aviation.
This is a medium to low volume pinglist.
Back during Carter’s foray into the lib sh**house, most of the efforts at the aerospace supplier I worked for were to mothball all the tools, jigs and fixtures we could find for the time when the adults resumed command.
Got a hunch that’s exactly what’s happening now as well.
(Hope so, anyway. I’d come back out of retirement to help retool, but I’m worried that the technology has passed me by.)
During part of the Carter years I was trying to keep Navy aircraft in the air. I didn’t suspect that we would soon have a real president.
Conservatives almost always take the side of the military. They should keep that mind rather than opposing %100 of what Obama wants.
