I like the flashing red lights on the cars tails.. good idea..
brisket sounds good and ribs too.. reminds me I need to clean some sweet corn up, I may do a meat later,, these long race days are tough..

The slow cooker will take all day so I don’t have to watch it closely. It has a pan of water above the charcoal so it won’t dry out the meat. I can take care of it during cartions.

Seems to be an ill handling car and wind picking up. Got baby back ribs and a beef brisket on the slow cooker grill. We did up ribs yesterday, with enough left over for today, so we could relax a little. Just had brunch of buttermilk oat bran pancakes with fresh blueberry/raspberry sauce with whipped cream and gouda and apple sausages. Yummmmy.... ;)
