Hearings, I want hearings, and perp walks, and forfeited pensions. And I am as likely to see that as see Santa Claus.

Sad, but true. There is never a shortage of "villains" for the Congress and politicians to point the finger at - even those who played by the very rules set up by the Congress or government agencies.

Especially those who played by the rules Congress set up. It’s like law enforcement people who prefer to hassle innocent lawbreakers compared to hardened serious lawbreakers. People and corporations who are trying to do the right thing make easy targets for the sleazy corrupt ones to blame.

:-) I changed “especially those” to “even those” at the last moment - I wanted to make it “even”-handed. But they do like to make an example of the innocent “bystanders” who happen to be at the wrong political place at the wrong political time. I guess it deters the people from trying to do the right thing and play by the rules and promotes the culture of corruption.

Among the illegals, the tax dodging Treasury people and Congresscritters, the dissembling White House and more, the disrespect for our rule of law is swiftly heading to critical mass when people give up even trying to be law-abiding. Then the anarchists will have their dreams come true, or their nightmares.

Spectacular Appellate Brief on Indorsement, Assignment, Standing, and MERS. From Florida’s own: George Gingo, Esq.

It has always been trendy to bash attorneys.

This fella could make a lot more money in a different area of practice...but chooses to do this instead.

David vs. Goliath

In this case David has a little help from Attorney Gingo!
