Trying to get this report out before the air time expires. Broadcast on who is crossing the borders.
This is a link to a broadcast out of Atlanta about who is crossing the border in AZ. Listen to it before further discussing our recent immigration bill. If you only have time for one, watch the second one.
Dave
According to the Border Patrol the public is being mislead as to WHO is coming into the US from Mexico. This IS THE TRUTH. as reported by WSBTV in Atlanta.

This doofus doesn’t realize that the letter from the Arizona official was much, much more dangerous than a mere threat: it was a put-up-or-shut-up ultimatum that demonstrates just how vapid and immature the City Council of L.A. is.
All the Arizona official said is if you, L.A., are serious about boycotting Arizona, then we will be glad to renegotiate the contracts you have for electricity from Arizona so that you won’t have to spend your money in our state.

Wow, this letter must have really gotten to Villaraigotowherethecamerasare. I don’t know that we’ve ever heard from his spokesperson ever, particularly in situations where the slightest hint of publicity is possible. That man is such a camera whore, I can’t imagine that he’d pass up the opportunity to address this issue himself.

They should cut off service. LA made the choice of boycotting everything from Arizona.

This should prove interesting...

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa on Wednesday defiantly rejected a warning by a top Arizona utilities official that the state could cut off power to Los Angeles should the city proceed with its boycott of all things Arizona. Arizona did not "threaten" to cut off the power.
Arizona pointed out that, if a boycott was in effect, Arizona would be willing to help in the boycott by canceling the power contract.
The Los Angeles Mayor talks the talk but is too cowardly to walk the walk.

He is not worried. He is eating Wagyu Beef (compliments of the taxpayer's) and partying hardy.

Time to throw the switch for a day or two just see how they’ll like it.
That, or jack up the rates by 10,000%.

Discourse in this nation is getting more snarly by the week, and I'm not talking just about the Arizona situation, but in general. Guess we're slouching towards a Ft. Sumter-ish type of moment somewhere, one of these days.

Spokesman David Beltran told Fox News that the message didn't even warrant a response. "We're not going to respond to threats from a state which has isolated itself from the America that values freedom, liberty and basic human rights," Beltran said. Assholes. They JUST DID RESPOND, by saying that.

defiantly rejected "Defiant" is one of those words that the Left uses to indicate subtle approval. (I noticed that CT AG Blumenthal was similarly described as "defiant" in another news story today).
For the most part, you won't hear a conservative or Republican described as "defiant." Only Leftists and terrorists.
