GOODNESS. Sounds like things are winding up, alright.
Sigh.
May God have mercy on all who Love Him.
Wow! Tht’s one of the best that I’ve seen! Thanks for posting.

Well, you know me... I think things are "winding up" too... as the Bible indicates that by the way we see things lining up for Israel ("God's timeclock" and how we can "tell the time" ... :-) ...). We can see "the minutes to midnight" by watching what happens with Israel, and we're definitely getting closer to that final time and the minutes are getting closer to that midnight hour.
But, I wouldn't be too concerned about Okie-hail-storms ... in "that light", though. That sort of thing happens around here ... :-) It's definitley cool and very interesting to watch...
Don't get me wrong -- we had about ten tornadoes roll through Tulsa, last week (on Thursday of last week) at one time -- so it does "get interesting" around here. And then we had another big storm move through just a couple of days ago, and we had more tornado sirems going off over and over again in a two-hour period than I've ever heard before, and we had the Emergency Warning System on TV go off about five different times during that storm. There was one spot during that time that the winds shifted in a typical way for a tornado that was coming and I thought we were going to see one go right by our house, but it went back to normal blustery winds again and nothing came of it. But, if you've been through a tornado before, you get to know the shifting of winds in a certain way, just before the tornado hits (or one could just be forming right where you are. So, I thought we were just about to get hit by a tornado at one spot there (and you can't always see them coming either ... :-) ...).
And it was last week, the day before we had those ten tornadoes in the Tulsa area (ten were reported by the Tulsa World in yesterday's paper) -- there was grapefruit size hail reported to the West of us, maybe around in the Oklahoma City area.
In that video, you saw the leaves still on that tree on the patio, well..., it was a couple of years ago, that I remember the reports of hail stripping off all the leaves on trees over in the Bixby area (outside of Tulsa).
You know you're in "hail-country" when you come here from another state and every body shop has signs advertising that they take care of hail damage ... LOL ...
That's Oklahoma for you ... :-)
MOTHER’S MOM was from Enid and parts thereabouts.
Dad’s Grandmother was Cherokee in OK.
I’d think living in a concrete dome half buried would be a requirement for living in OK. LOL.
Id think living in a concrete dome half buried would be a requirement for living in OK. LOL.
You would think so.
And we have the ACE Hardware stores around here who have the "concrete bunkers" out in front of their stores ... for sale ... :-) [you know... you dig a hole in the ground, drop them in there, and you have "instant tornado shelter" ... haven't seen them this year, but have before at ACE ...].
But, having said that, there are not really too many houses around in the city that have them. I've seen one about a couple of hundred feet from our house, the only one in our neighborhood, but that's our neighbor's and I don't think they'll have other people in there with them...
I was thinking about reinforcing a particular place in the house, and it would be a good place, in the center, but I would have to reinforce for the walls for any projectiles coming through and then I would have to put up some strong supports in case of the house collapsing around it ... anyway, a good project to think about doing ...
Here's an interesting map ... and we're right in that very red zone ... :-)
And then some pictures of those you can drop into the ground ...
Such reinforcements are likely quite wise.
I think I’d dig a cellar by hand, if I had to.
Am trying to figure out how to get one done for the home place here—we have a backhoe—just need materials costs etc.
