You have a crescent wrench and a pair of pliers and consider yourself to be a mechanic. Not only are you a joke, you need to quit huffing the gasoline and sucking on exhaust pipes.

While you are at it, quit stealing from the glove boxes, slicing tires and fan belts, and calling yourself a mechanic. Your greasy, slimy hands are a disgrace to the legitimate mechanics.

You are correct, but still it is very unusual. I will withhold judgment until I know for sure.

Of course, there are more than a few corrupt police officers (like people in EVERY profession and walk of life), and the seizure laws don’t reduce this number. That’s the real enemy here, the lack of due process and the inherent conflict of interest - the combination is deadly.
