They are not winning anything.

They are just isolating themselves in their failure.

Balance these losses against savings from crime by illegals over time. It’s still a net win. I think.

Screw ‘em. Arizona is standing tall for its citizens. And for America.

Arizona isn’t really worried about it. They stay away, the hotels lay off illegals, they go home, Arizona’s unemployment drops from 17% to 7% and everyone comes here to enjoy the prosperity.

“Take a piece of California?s ass economically and let state officials over there deal with the headaches of their own business leaders.”

Try a 1000% tax on all power headed to CA...

I worry that they’ll cave...big business/travel industry will be the reason.

And at some point, some high-profile Arizona pol really should call the bluff of sanctuary cities by offering to release captured illegals into their custody in lieu of deporting them.

Ha! Wouldn't that be sweet.

This is impacting Arizona’s face to the nation,” said Brewer, who blamed the controversy on misconceptions about the law

The socialists know Arizona's law. They are deliberately misinterpreting the law to prevent it from destroying their agenda of creating an immediate class of people dependent on the government.

The socialists refuse to accept the fact there are far more who support Arizona's immigration law than oppose the law.

so now we as a nation are allowed to put financial stress and bad mouth states that pass laws we don’t like. sounds good.

so it’s ok to push the image of pedophilia for states pushing homo marriage or outright pedophilia (Vermont).

we should also encourage schools to keep their children from entering pervert sanctuary cities like San fran or Austin.

while we’re at it... cities promoting themselves as sanctuary for radical Islamic types should also be boycotted... like Newark and new jersey

I agree, Mr. Robinson. But the fight is going to be long and ugly. That’s becoming increasingly clear IMHO.

So, Blackmail is legal now?

I must have missed Obama signing that Executive Order.

The other states that are condemning Arizona are stupid if they don’t think they are next.

by Martin Niemoller:

“First they came for the Communists, but I was not a Communist so I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Socialists and the Trade Unionists, but I was neither, so I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Jews, but I was not a Jew so I did not speak out.
And when they came for me, there was no one left to speak out for me.”
